Nutrisystem Recipe – No Bake Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bites:
1/2 Cup of Raw Almonds
4 Pitted Medjool Dates
1/2 TBSP of Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
8 oz of Low Fat Cream Cheese (room temp)
1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
4-8 Drops of Stevia
1 Tbsp of Mini Chocolate Chips
Add almonds, dates, cocoa powder and sea salt to a food processor. Blend until finely ground. Fill a mini-muffin pan with mini-muffin cups. Fill the cups with the mixture to about one third to one-half full.
Press the crust mix down into each cup until firm.
Add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, stevia and chocolate chips to food processor and blend until smooth. Evenly divide this cheesecake mix among the cups. Smooth with a spoon if you need to.
Freeze these for at least 4 hours
