They also have more success stories online than any diet I’ve ever researched (and they still keep adding more every year).
These are the main reasons I decided to give Nutrisystem another chance a few years ago when I needed to lose weight on a more permanent basis. And I was pleasantly surprised – both by how fast the results were and how good the food actually was (especially those chocolate shakes!)

Newsweek awarded Nutrisystem “Best Customer Service 2019” with a score of 8.32 out of 10 – beating out Weight Watchers and Herbalife.
Plus the American Business Association just awarded them not 1 but 3 Stevie awards for sales and customer service. It was the 4th consecutive year that Nutrisystem has earned this honor.
So overall, these are pretty good ratings.
I also like that Nutrisystem as a company is listening to customers and being transparent about their meals including what’s in them (you can see the ingredient list online) and how people really rate them. You can’t say that about other meal delivery diet services.
So is Nutrisystem the Right Diet for You?
Well, it’s not for everyone, that’s true. If you like to make diet meals yourself (and you have the time) it might not be right for you.
