Quick 9 vs Uniquely Yours Max – Which is Best for You?

Deciding between the Nutrisystem Quick 9 vs Uniquely Yours Max plans?

Wondering how they stack up?

And which is the best value for you?

The Nutrisystem Quick 9 plan is a brand new plan that Nutrisystem just launched, replacing the older Basic plan.

It’s focused on quick weight loss and a few more convenient delivery options.

The Uniquely Yours Max plan is the ultimate Nutrisystem diet plan with some meal options you don’t get with Quick 9.

Not sure which to choose?

This post will help you compare the Nutrisystem Quick 9 vs Uniquely Yours Max plans to help you see which is best for you. So let’s dive in!

Nutrisystem Uniquely Yours Max vs Quick 9

#1 Meal Options

This is interesting. And it could certainly change in the future.

However, as of this writing, the Quick 9 plan gives ready-to-go meals, Fresh-Frozen meals and Restaurant Faves.

The Uniquely Yours Max plan gives you all of these options – plust Hearty Inspiration meals as well.

Hearty Inspirations Meals

Hearty Inspirations are larger meals designed to keep you fuller for longer (while still losing weight). They’re higher in protein and good complex carbs and can make you feel a little more pampered when losing weight.

You also get more Restaurant Fave meals to choose from vs with the Quick 9 plan. Nutrisystem basically reserves the most popular Restaurant Fave meal options for the Uniquely Yours Max plan.

So all in all – you get better meals on the Uniquely Yours Max plan – with more options.

However, it’s fair to note that with Quick 9, you do get a range of choices too.

The Fresh-frozen meals are very popular with dieters. So you won’t be suffering with this plan in terms of meal options.

#2 Special Jump-Start Weight Loss Plan

Both plans give you special plans to jump-start your weight loss.

The Quick 9 plan gives you a two week program designed to help you lose up to 5 pounds your first week. You get 7 days of meals, snacks and shakes included.

During your second week with Fast 9 you will get 5 days of meals, shakes and snacks.

And you’ll also get guidance on how to make your own healthy meals, or “Flex” meals, 2 days a week.

With these Flex meals, you can go out to eat or cook healthy at home with the Nutrisystem recipes you’ll find on the free Numi app.

During these 2 weeks, according to Nutrisystem, you can lose up to 9 pounds – which is amazing (average weight loss during a study was 6.5 pounds).

Uniquely Yours Max also has a jump-start weight loss plan called Fast 5.

This is a special plan with 7 days of meals, shakes and snacks designed to help you lose up to 5 pounds in your first week.

There isn’t really a 2nd week to this plan. You will continue to get 7 days of meals included (vs the Quick 9 plan which goes down to 5 days of meals during your second week).

Is one better than another?

I don’t really think there’s much of a difference. Both plans are great if you want to see fast weight loss in a short amount of time.

#3 Delivery Schedule

Nutrisystem has traditionally shipped you a months worth of meals at a time. That’s great for some people – but not others.

What if you don’t have the space to pack away a months worth of meals?

Or what if your budget doesn’t work with paying for a full month of meals at one time?

That’s where the Quick 9 plan comes in.

Instead of paying for a month at a time, you can choose to pay for 2 weeks of meals at a time. Meals are delivered to you every 2 weeks on this plan instead of every month – like you get with Uniquely Yours Max.

So if you have limited food storage space – or you want an easier way to pay for the meals, then the Quick 9 plan is a great option.

#4 Meals Per Week

The Uniquely Yours Max plan gives you the option to get meals for 5 days or 7 days. If you’re busy and don’t have a lot of time to spend making meals on the weekend, you may prefer the convenience of this plan.

The Quick 9 plans sends you 7 days of meals only for the first week. After that, you get 5 days of meals per week.

#5 Price

Prices can jump around for these 2 plans, depending on Nutrisystem sales or specials.

As of this writing, the Quick 9 plan is a bit higher. It starts around $14.28 per day plus Free Shakes here when you pay for 2 weeks at a time.

Want to save a bit?

You can get a deal on the Quick 9 program if you pay for a month at a time (but the meals will still come every 2 weeks). Using this option, the price runs about $12.99 per day with this discount offer here.

Right now, the Uniquely Yours Max plan comes in around $13.57 per day with this discount link.

So overall the Uniquely Yours Max plan is a bit more affordable overall than the Quick 9 plan – unless you decide to pay for a month at a time on the Quick 9 plan. In that case, the Quick 9 plan is slightly more affordable.

So What’s the Bottom Line?

So which is better when comparing the Nutrisystem Quick9 vs Uniquely Yours Max Plans?

Both plans give you the ready-to-go meals, fresh-frozen gourmet meals and Restaurant Faves. And you have total freedom to customize your menu.

With the Uniquely Yours Max plan you get a larger menu and access to better Restaurant Faves plus the Hearty Inspirations meals.

Plus you can get 7 days a week of meals delivered every week.

The Quick 9 plan gives you 7 days of meals your first week only – then down to 5 days of meals after that. However it delivers every 2 weeks (instead of monthly).

So it can be easier on the budget. And it’s great if you don’t have the space to store a months worth of meals at a time.

So overall, it really comes down to what you’re looking for, what kind of meals you want and how fast you need to reach your goals.
