Trying to compare Medifast vs Nutrisystem?

While I wrote a full post comparing Medifast to Nutrisystem that you can read here, I recently found this helpful video that also shows you the differences between diets is a visual form.

I don’t agree with everything in the video – specifically that Medifast gives you faster weight loss.

With Nutrisystem’s Lean 13 plan, you’ll actually lose more weight your first month than you would with Medifast. But for the most part the video is pretty accurate. Enjoy!
