We’ll break down what you might eat on a typical day on the Nutrisystem diet with a couple of days of sample menus.
Note that this will also depend on which plan you’re on – the Basic, Core or Uniquely Yours plans since you have different meal selections (for a full comparison of the different plans, check out this article here).
Since the Core and Uniquely Yours plans are the most popular, we’ll go over what a typical day looks like on both of these plans.
However you’ll note that the structure of the Nutrisystem diet is pretty much the same no matter what plan you’re on.
You’ll eat several Nutrisystem meals and snacks per day along with 1-2 snacks of fruit or veggies that you add in yourself. You’ll also be eating approximately every 3 hours so you’ll keep you metabolism burning high all day long.

Sample Day 1 on the Nutrisystem Core Plan:
8 AM Breakfast – Nutrisystem Double Chocolate Muffin
11 AM Snack – Mixed Nuts
1:30 PM Lunch – Sweet BBQ Pulled Style Pork with Grilled Veggies
3:30 PM Snack – Low Fat Yogurt with Fresh Blueberries
6:30 PM Dinner – Italian Herb Flatbread Pizza with Green Salad
9:00 PM Snack – White Cheddar Popcorn

7:00 AM Breakfast – Honey Wheat Bagel with Fat-Free Cream Cheese
10:00 AM Snack – Low Fat Cheese with Veggies
