So it’s no secret on this blog that chocolate is my downfall (that’s one of the main reasons I chose Nutrisystem to begin with – they had so many chocolate options!)
Unfortunately a huge chocolate craving hit me out of the blue this weekend. So I went looking for a good Nutrisystem chocolate recipe. The good news is I found it – Chocolate Mug Cake!!!
I’ve put the video recipe down below. But if you want a written version, I’ve transcribed the recipe below that for you. Enjoy!
Nutrisystem Recipe: Chocolate Mug Cake with Coconut
1 TBSP of Cocoa Powder
2 TBSP of Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/2 tsp of Truvia Baking Blend
1/8 tsp of Baking Powder
1/8 tsp of Baking Soda
1/2 TBSP of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
2 TBSP of Non-fat Milk
2 TBSP of Egg Whites
Add cocoa powder, flour, truvia, baking powder, baking soda and shredded coconut to a microwave-save mug. Stir until well mixed.
Add in milk, egg whites and stir until well mixed.
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Let cool and enjoy!
